I am a bit confused! if there are two parties to a corrupt practice, should both parties not charged to court. I thought aiding an abeiting involved both the giver and the taker of the bribe. Both Lawan and Otedola are guilty and should both be in the police drag net.

Either way Lawan should not be charged unless the corresponding party is arraigned!!!
