Nigeria Court Refuses to Stop President's Impeachment

A Federal High Court has declined a request to stop the House of Representatives from commencing impeachment proceedings against President Goodluck Jonathan for the non-implementation of the 2012 national budget.

    We are aware of the corrupt practice of lawmakers in padding the federal budget every year.The lawmakers claim the additional capital expenditure they build into the budget proposals submitted by the Executive are ' constituency projects'. But we know better . What they are grandstanding for is the frustration or inability to lay hands on their criminally motivated inputs of the budget. The House is made up of thieves - Obasanjo said it , Lawan Farouk proved it...

    The Honourable Representatives of the Federal Repuplic of Nigeria and the entire electorate should allow Jonathan and His Team of Executive to Pilot the full executive arm of the Government of our great Country;Because,there is time for everything and this is His own time.its not possible that all the cabinet members are jejune.He has point on his budget and constitution amendement steps.
