We thank the spirit of brotherhood among our African brothers that go into somalia and puting effort to end the long suffering of somali people,but we still have long way to go for everlasting peace to somali people and Africa in general. After twenty years of conflict, somalia is going toward ending this brutal war that kill thousands of people. How many socalled Arab world come to help somali people, if not their own African brother. The solution and liberation of our people and our continent from external monster will only achieved by ourself. No one will end our own suffering but us. When our leaders wake up from their long waiting for foriegh intervention, but no one is ready to stop the suffering of somali people. Then we go in ourself, now we are seeing end of the tunnel. Somali are wonderful people, As African that leaved many years outside Africa, i have leaved with Somali people, they are great wonderful and proud people with strong sense of family value, which always the strenght of Nomad or Pastoral people throughout our beloved continent. But i was suprise, how this conflict take too long to resolved. While the answers belong to Somali people themself. I hope the Somali people can come together to rebuild that wonderful paradise from Marka to Mogadisho. Let peace and harmony reigh again. We also need to adress the obesseing of religion in our continent, our people need to differ religion from tradition and way of life. We need to rebuild our cultural identity in Africa, we need to go back and read our history before Islam and Christianity. Our government need to work on this religion and conflict by even adressing this problem in African union. Somali people have a long history as a powerful kushite civilization from puntland to present day Nubia up too southern part of India. Somali, Afar,Beja,Nubian, Sidamo, Tigrey, Oromo, Berber, Fulani,Suwa, Watusi, were all memember of ancient Egypt family. I hope somali will reclaimed is glory back as it used to be in Ancient puntland.As pan Africanist and a Yoruba from Nigeria, i was overjoyed to read that Soamli people come together to put end to this brutal conflict of Greedy and self interest.
