Kenya: Tender for Fatal Govt Chopper Questioned

The inquiry investigating the helicopter crash that killed six Kenyans, including government ministers Goerge Saitoti and Orwa Ojode, found that procurement procedures were not observed in the purchase of the AS350 B3e chopper.

The helicopter carrying Internal Security Minister George Saitoti, his deputy and four others crashed near Nairobi.
