Centralised/Integrated sewerage system will attract huge big financial outlay and may take many years to be in place. Recurring repirs & mintenance cost will be high and will need skilled manpower. Instead, community toilets with septic tanks for cluster of houses or in each locality can be possible with less capital cost and time. They should have proper water supply arrangement. Waste water can be treated with BIOSHUDH - a bio-powder available in India - which arrests odor instantly and turns sewage reusable for gardening, etc. More info. on BIOSHUDH can be had direct from bbchem2010@gmail.com
