Residents Battle South African Gov't for Safe Water
Despite court action against local authorities for the polluted water supply caused by run-off from nearby coal mines, residents of Carolina say it is still unsafe.
The North Gauteng High Court's judgement ordered the municipality to supply residents of Carolina with potable drinking water.
