Amazing. So I guess Nigeria has no brains among all the able bodied men and women their who can build their own infrastructure? Seriously?
I mean how come of all the people on the planet Africans are the only ones who cannot build anything or seemingly do anything for themselves without having to beg someone else to do it for them.
How come other countries increase education and planning to overcome any deficits in development but all Africans (governments I am speaking of) seem to know how to do is bend over backwards to foreign companies an ask them to "come in and help"?
i hope they wont mismanage the loan.
