The Southern African Development Community Troika on politics, defence and security has recommended military intervention in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo in an effort to restore peace and order.

    These African government pieces of crap cause so much suffering among their own people and yet always ask "the international community for humanitarian aid." Why does Africa not see the humanity in its own people? Heck no. It is about time Africans took responsibility for their own bloody crap. Let the 54 African states man the "humanitarian aid." Their leaders steal and some of them die leaving billions of dollars - use that.
