Ethnic Clashes Rock Kenya Again, Leaving 38 Dead

The ethnic violence between pastoralist and farming communities in Tana River County has continued despite increased security. Most recently, 300 men surrounded a village in Kilelengwani and killed 38 people before setting homes ablaze.
