Sierra Leone: UN Warned of Rising Tension Over Polls

In a report to the UN Security Council, the Secretary-General's Executive Representative to Sierra Leone, Jens Anders Toyberg-Frandzen, stressed the importance of an enabling security environment as the November 17 elections draw closer and the intensity of political campaigns increase.
