South African Youth Leader Linked to Unlawful Tender
The Public Protector says that former ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema benefited improperly from an unlawful tender to an engineering firm that he is involved in.
Julius Malema: OnPoint engineers was awarded a R52 million tender, the process of which Madonsela has since found unlawful.
