This is a funny story I saw:-
Nairobi, Kenya — Two men were arrested recently for allegedly having sex in a car near Jevanjee Gardens. Gido Kibokosya and Noel Sanyanafwa were each charged with open lewdness, disorderly conduct and producing obscene sexual material for the Oct. 9 incident. The two were arraigned at the Makadara Law Courts. . According to the charge sheet police were on patrol when they first observed the two standing next to the vehicle that Noel was sitting in. Police said moments after observing the men talking, the men left the area where the vehicles were parked on foot. The officers indicated that as the walked through the park later they observed two men, later identified as Noel and Gido near a park bench. “I saw Gido sitting on a park bench performing what appeared to be oral sex with Noel who was standing in front of him with his genitals outside of his pants. The officers observed the men while they were in the parking area, and the area where the men were allegedly engaged in oral sex is visible from the walkway which is “heavily used by the general public on a daily basis.” The OCS for Central Police Station called the incident one of the “long-term, ongoing complaints” the city has received “regarding sexual activity that occurs either in parked vehicles or out in the open within this park.” Noel Sanyanafwa and Gido Kibokosya were each given a bond of 50,000 each.
