A reformed judiciary which has worn the public's trust is the promised land for kenya's judiciary, the so called canaan which honey and milk flow.In this context a kenya where justice and fairness shall flow past any obstacles that might stand in its way. However its time to be realistic,a time to call a spade a spade,to stop dreaming and start acting, how can we reach the promised land when our own judiciary does not want to accept correction,as a matter of fact man is to error no one is 100% perfect.Recently we saw the power struggle between the judiciary and the law society on the court's decision on the vetting board. Two institutions that are supposed to be the warriors fighting for justice.I wish that if the judiciary wants to achieve its objectives then they should accept correction this is through the vetting board, its time to clean the judiciary for it to be pure this is by sieving it using the vetting board.I look foward to see a judiciary that shall act not just say.Thank you.
