Uganda Summit Pursues Political Solution to DR Congo
During its fourth leadership summit, the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region reaffirmed its commitment to pursue sustainable peace based on home-grown solutions to the crises in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Another flop, waste of time !
Mr John Carson , U.S secretary might as well advice the U.S administration to get focused on domestic policy to regain lost glory before new wars in Africa. Nobody need to be told that the failure in Arab Spring will most probably need new wars to make up for lost revenue and Africa will be the next port of call . It is a soft spot with despots and military billion and trillionaires junkating in undisciplined order. This makes benign and benevolent occupation easy and natural ground
