Is the Money Allocated for Flood Relief in Nigeria Enough?

Just a day after president Goodluck Jonathan announced that N17.6 Billion would be allocated for flood relief, members of the Delta State House of Assembly say the N500 million allocated to their region is not sufficient. The floods have shut down several businesses and raised the prices of food items in Abuja markets.
