On The Nutrition Frontlines in Kenya

The sprawling slum of Mukuru on the eastern edge of Kenya's capital is a world apart from the glassy skyscrapers towering over traffic-clogged city streets. Its estimated 700,000 residents have limited access to essential needs, including toilets, clean water and medical facilities - making the Alice Health Services clinic the only affordable source of advice and aid for many.
