Dear friends at the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, it is a pleasure to get to know you. I have read your grading the governance ranking of East African states. Dear; either you lack information or else you are intentionally covering information. I would say you are as good as the UN which thinks the USA is the most democratic nation on earth. where the contrary is true that the USA is the most terrorist state on earth which do not even think about its own people. I know the Ethiopian Government that does not even administer its own people on its own. Ho could you place it before Somalia? The same is true with Uganda which does not even leave the Somali people administer their own affairs. Uganda is instrumental of the US government. For a government to have a position in your list or ranking it need to be intellectually independent, and should not interfere in the affairs of others. I will write more in the future when I know exactly more about your organization its funding and its responsibility.
