Francophonie Summit Brings Sparkles and Sparks to Kinshasa
A summit of French-speaking countries ended over the weekend in Kinshasa giving young Congolese a chance to meet fellow Francophones including President Francois Hollande of France who criticized the host's democratic and human rights records.
