It's is more than essential to set up a force watchdog that would monitor distribution of donations and necessary relief items to affected people in most needed communities across the affected states ,why the government and volunteer donors doing tireless best effort to provide necessary comfort to disaster area ,it should be preached among fellow Nigerian to introduce strict measures on corruption a vital key to safeguard donations collected on behalf of victims,also to avoid this billions at stake shoveling into corrupt official bank account .
