The best way to fight Boko Haram is by people living with them to exposed them. Failure to do this would mean JTF would come. JTF coming means innocent civilians would be caught in the cross fire. Period. Politicians are not soldiers or magicians. They are voted to govern sane people, not spend their rest of their elected days playing hide and seek with cowards. Boko Haram needs a fight, let them pick a date with the JTF in a blank field and stop hiding behind innocent civilians that don't share their illiterate demands to scrap Education.
