Interesting. Adams choosed his words carefully. NGOs no matter how popular they are don't have the rights to detect laws for government at the point of implementation. If they care so much, they should do two things: First, stop people from killing people. Second, get governments to remove death penalties since people no longer kill people. If they can't do that, they could as well just shut up and pray they don't get killed by one of their beneficiaries.

Nigerian will not miss these evil killers in our midst admitedly . It is critical alsoi to question Governor Adams wisdom to kill or sign decree to authorize that which affect individuals as opposed to those with utilitarian effect. Why has it been impossible to elimininate those whose crime have major effect on majority of population and still work and cause more havoc to the greatest number of the citizens now and in furture. Can't you see that this application is inconsistent with the theory of utilitarianism ? Your decision may be correct , but it lack the critical balance needed for a just society. I can understand what you stand for in an unjust public policy that stratify our nation beyond reason, my point is to keep you on your declared route to fight relentlessly until every evil and unpopular government become history in this nation

Many decisions in live does not required explantion. Those seeking or propagting clemency and human right for the murderer forget the right of the victims of the terrible heinous crime the muderer committed of or just making noise just to be heard. Don't mind them jo. Eye 4 Eye is the rule of Almighty both in Bible and Quran especilly where delibrate crime is involved. mercy can be shown in case of accident or minor fighting which results in death. You have my support those who supports murderer are themselve murderer or have not been a victim of vicious attack.
