Uganda Govt Officials To Meet UN Security Council

A delegation from Uganda led by Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda is to meet the UN Security Council regarding Democratic Republic of Congo. This follows a UN report which accused the government of supporting the M23 rebel group in Congo.

Minister Ruhakana Rugunda: Uganda maintained a threat to withdraw troops from international peaceking operarions.
