Uganda Police Wives Protest Over Living Conditions

Spouses of policemen held the Kampala Metropolitan Commander, Andrew Kaweesi, hostage lamenting over power cuts and poor living conditions in the camps. This was the second day of demonstrations involving family members of policemen in several police units.
