Will Mali Prime Minister Resign?
Mali is expected to hold presidential elections in 2013 following the capturing of the north. But a decision by West African heads of state that no member of the transitional government will be allowed to stand has fed a growing debate over whether the country's interim prime minister, Cheick Modibo Diarra, should resign following the declaration of his intention to run for president.
