DR Congo: M23 Rebels Claim Goma

Rebels with the 23 March Movement (M23) have seized the city of Goma, an eastern provincial capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, after days of clashes with UN and national army forces that displaced an estimated 60,000 citizens.
