Why not Jonathan can contest in 2015 if he so wishes! The Constitution privides for two terms in the incumbent wants to in particular you have not amended the Constitution to read One-term, whoever is advising now, folks! As long as the CONSTITUTION says 2nd term Jonathan is very qualified as a Nigerian! It should be echoed that it is his Constitutional Right to do just that it is up to us Nigerian electorates to vote for him or not, folks! IF YOU DON'T WANT HIM TO CONTEST FOR THE 2nd TWERM THEN DO SOMETHING IN THE cONSTITUTION TO NOW READ O 5NE-TERM OF 5/6 YEARS and that will settle the matter! We wrote already why Nigeria should have One-term tenure in office both the Governors and the Presidents - reason being that it will save you people cost in campaigns and will reduce the corruption in Nigeria where incumbents will have to serve only One term and leave office! We axpected that the NBA people and Bar. Falan SAN could see the reasoning in this argument but is seems everybody wants Two-terms end of the Day only one person will occupy the post in Nigeria although he may have his aides and cohorts in the wake! So I would suggest amend the CONSTITUTION to read ONE TERM of at most 6 years - that will help us in Nigeria to determine the progress of Economic Team more reasonably or sensibly, and Dr. Jonathan will not have Judicial/Constitutional claim to contest again after 2016, folks! But please look into my New PROPOSAL ABOUT ZONING, which is considered is what you need for Nigeria - forget what OBJ is itching to see done by 2015! OBJ is not a politician in the sense to help us in Nigeria other than to make sure that he is still a member of that Council of State which contradicts what other organised economies have in their systems! Thank you.
Point of correction substitute this for the 1st pl.

IF YOU DON'T WANT HIM TO CONTEST (go for) FOR THE 2nd TERM THEN DO SOMETHING IN THE CONSTITUTION TO NOW READ ONE-TERM OF 5/6 YEARS and that will settle the matter! We expected that the NBA people and Barr. Falana SAN could see the reasoning in this argument but it seems everybody wants Two-terms end of the Day, only one person will occupy the post in Nigeria although he may have his aides and cohorts in the wake; it is part of the high cost of our politics in Nigeria, as if you don’t know this simple fact! A bad dream and nations worst nightmere ! How much longer will it take Jonathan to uinderstand the art of National leadership. God knows where and how he got his own Phd, well educated fellows have the capacity to understand leadership responsibilty much quicker than he has shown. The quicker he excuse himself as leader of this nation , the better for all of us
