The neutral force,long overdue,has to be deployed at the DRC-RWA borders. Not inside DRC! Another wasted opportunity.
When will M23 be disarmed? They are just a batch of criminals looking to steal Congolese minerals and terrorising the innocent civilians.
That era of coercion is gone please let the congo citizens enjoy their minerals so that they also become economically stable.What is wrong with africa comrades...?
