Although the concept is sound the article indicates that the UPDF is mobilizing 2,000 commissioned officers from a gaggle of military and paramilitary entities for three months' training; thereafter this gang will be deployed to Amisom! I thought that the UPDF had organized reserve units to support its 65000 active duty military? This is very disturbing.
