Congrats for your foresight. I am learning furiously that there are lots of resourceful people in all parts of Nigeria. Even as an adult(despite the fact that I had schooled and had flown in and out of some other parts of Africa) only Nigeria mattered. Thanks indeed, you never stop learning.

Africa is a continent not a country. In most countries in Africa due to growing development, populations are typically concentrated in urban areas versus rural. Most networks in africa operate largely prepaid subscriptions with between 70% and 80% of subscribers being prepaid and postpaid/contract plans attracting strict credit control including corporate registration, bill payment and address verification before service is provided.bills are sent largely via email to reduce carbon footprint and costs, with only customers who have specifically requested for hard copies recieving them
