Rwandan Govt Issues Warning to Rebels

The attacks by the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda has been described as intolerable, with government saying it will respond accordingly should the militia group continue its assault.

    What ever you will be doing (fighting) you will be do it in Rwana, why can't you Kagame seat down and talk with FDLR the way Kabila seat with killers M23.
