U.S. Africa Experts Debate Obama's Choice for State Department
Against the backdrop of suggestions that President Barack Obama is considering nominating his United Nations ambassador, Susan E. Rice, to serve as his next secretary of state, American scholars and writers on Africa are beginning a debate whether her record on the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda counts against her.

Susan Rice is a Bad choice for a Secretary of State , not because of her Benghazi ,Libya comments .But in the War in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Her decision to protect Paul Kagame of Rwanda his creation of M23 rebels and Museveni of Ouganda is ...i a blunder and shortsighted ...it goes to show poor judgement for a Top Diplomat...
