'Why They Kidnapped My Mother' - Minister

Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria's Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Finance Minister, blamed indicted oil marketers for the kidnap of her 82-year-old mother, Prof Kamene Okonjo. The Inspector General of Police Mohammed Abubakar has said no effort is being spared to find the kidnappers.
