    Just because the M23 rebels aren't the only child abusing, rapists that are killing the Congolese people, does not mean that they should get a pass. All armed groups who have taken it upon themselves to prey upon the innocent civilians of the Congo must be brought to justice, not bargained with.

    non one complained when Kinyarwanda speaking population in Eastern Congo died day per day ,but now everyone is against M23 rebels,!!!!!!!!!!! this is the opportunity they have ,,, where was human right watch? UN ..............you always come after danger ,not to know the origin of conflict ,just to assist and comment on what have done!!!!!
