TITLE: DIGITAL AFIRCA As other Nations in this 21st Century are fully Integrating every aspect of life, Africans should take the lead and work with Donor Nations in realizing a full "DIGITAL AFRICA."

The World Bank and the African Development Report on the use of ICT in Africa's development is very timely and very important in Africa's Development in this 21st Century.

We as African must take advantage of the extensive use of Mobile Devices in Africa, and Deploy an SSA-wide Telecom Network Infrastructure for all Services: e-government, e-healthcare, e-education, transportation and energy systems, e-financial services, etc.

This guy was the problem. He frabricated a legend for himself and was out for self promotion. He lacks integrity, he was never in the NASA PATHFINDER mission. He worked for JPL (a NASA) contractor in a public relation capacity . He represent himself for something he wasn't,that says a lot about his integrity and his motives.
