Will S Africa's E-Tolling Plans be Halted?
The Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance has welcomed a ruling by the Pretoria High Court on granting it leave to appeal against a previous judgement made by the court. Last year the same court ruled against the alliance, which had been trying to prove that the planned e-tolls are illegal.
