Uganda Faces Uphill Battle in Cancer Fight

The Uganda Cancer Institute is the only dedicated cancer treatment facility in a country of 33 million people. As part of a special series produced by PRI's The World and the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, Joanne Silberner visited the government operated institute in Kampala and spoke to its director to find out how the country is making inroads into the fight against one of Africa's deadliest killers - cancer.
