Ridiculous! the people on whom the sanctions are imposed Have even not a bank account localy! May be as they looters now they may have one in Rwanda. There is something fishy with the UN who are failling to come up with concrete decisions to neutralise the M23. To Congolese: take charge and put incisive actions to take out of your Land these Bandits, it is a western Plot to punish you for your search of economic independence and your cooperation with China!
