Jean-Marie Runiga is a liar. The UN Security Council has sanctioned both M23 and FDLR for crimes against humanity against Congolese citizens. If you can't make your point by telling the truth, the you really have no point to make. Liar.

In addition, M23 was NEVER committed to peace, they withdrew because their money got cut off. Simple as that. They are only in it for the money and the child raping because no one wants them as they are disgusting.

Jean-Marie Runiga is such a huge liar. FDLR is running out of Congo to Rwanda with their tails between their legs.

How can you have ceasefire with people whose officers the UN has labeled as human rights abusers? The M23 need to explain their grievances but the DRC should reserve the right to eradicate negative forces who loot, murder and commit rape on DRC soil.
