This is a message to all fighting in the field of the central African republic(CAR).In no wise are you to stop fighting.Peace treaty or no peace treaty. But are to continue fighting.Obeying the officers put in charge of you.I am asking the officers of the rebels in this war to appoint diplomats and ambassadors. Then get them (diplomats and ambassadors)to ask Britian for military and logistical assistance.Peter Carlos Hinds.
The Army should totally be seperated and stay away from the political arena; their role should be understood as that of defending the nation therefore the need to be well trained and armed. Government should know that their role is to serve the people and not vice versa thus democracy and good governance should be the rule. Finger should not be pointed at one side only, for both are culprits. Whilst political desire is going on both side should open way for economic development in all sectors as trust that will minimize the people fear of instability. Congratulations to the international and regional communities for the peace achievement thru dialogue.
