Nigerian Court to Rule On Newspapers' Case

The federal high court will rule on a suit filed by the Newspaper Proprietors Association of Nigeria, challenging the legality of some provisions of the Nigerian Code of Advertising Practice and Sales Promotion, as they affect newspaper establishments.
