Sudans' Leaders Commit to Peace Deal
Following a meeting with several African leaders, the presidents of Sudan and South Sudan have vowed to seriously seek to implement the cooperation agreement they signed in September 2012.

South Sudan made a big mistake turning off the oil in the first place. Why cut your own funding when you have no alternatives? Sudan is no doubt the main protagonist here , but surely you should of thought about the consequences before tuning the oil off?
