Kenyan President Faulted Over Police Recruits
The row between president Mwai Kibaki and prime minister Raila Odinga over police appointments has been termed as an unwelcome distraction to the country as it heads to its biggest ever General Election.
Prime Minister Raila Odinga has rejected the new police appointments by the president calling them unconstitutional (file photo).
