El-Rufai's Memoir Stirs Angry Reactions
Many prominent Nigerians have reacted angrily to unflattering mentions in a lengthy memoir, "The Accidental Public Servant", by Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai, who served as a Federal Capital Territory minister and headed the Bureau for Public Enterprises under former president Olusegun Obasanjo. On Twitter, where @elrufai has more than 137,000 followers, a vigorous debate is taking place, using the hashtags #TAPS and #TheAccidentalPublicServant.

The wise one will always not see evil nor talk evil, hear no evil nor write evil. Mallam has seen all but lacks the maturity of age, bcos when the children of slaves become masters, heaven must fall. Mallam, my prayer for you is that God should give you save journey, and Amen.
The brilliant mallam at his best, very best, the world best in attention seeking. He knows exactly what to do, say and act to please the audience at any moment. So do not make an opinion of this Mallam at a single encounter In his days in government, he exhibited raw show of power, and nothing would stop him. Imagine all the constitutional abuses and excesses, the crazy acquisition and selected destruction of properties. Nasir, please take my candid advice, take a back seat and do not be heard or seen in public for the rest of your life, hopefully that may atone for all the ills you committed. Stop insulting our intelligence any further
They say, "birds of the same feather flock together." This Nasir El-Rufai is not only arrogant, but corrupt and wicked. But my friend Nuhu Ribadu is a different man altogether. However, his master rubbished him, and he could not see corruption in Obasanjo. His last two mistakes: acceptance of the Presidential candidate ticket of another corrupt opposition party and the Presidental Committee on Petroleum Subsidy Scam.
Mallam Nasir El-Rufai exhibited all the attributes of his master while in government. He only added a few that were out of pride, ungodliness and selfishness. Even his outbursts since his master left office have shown that he is not a person that should be given a responsible position in this country. However, this country being a failed state which elects her leaders from money bags, anything is expected. I won't be surprised.
