Will Oscar Pistorius Get Bail?

On day three of the Paralympian's bail hearing Prosecuter Gerrie Nel has said that Pistorius has failed to provide exceptional circumstances as to why he should be granted bail. Proceedings have adjourned for further arguments and will continue on Friday.

    To me the case is clear. If the "intruder" had locked himself/ herself in the bathroom, then he had every opportunity to grab his girlfriend and flee right out and call for help. If you are asleep and you hear a noise in the bathroom, the first thing you do is to check to see if your mate is in bed with you before you go crazy shooting. If his girlfriend had been in bed and when he began shooting etc, and no response came from her in the bedroom, how come he did not wonder why this was so? He knew it was her in the bathroom. She was fully clothed when found in the bathroom meaning they had not gone to bed in the first place. He knew she was in there.
