Will Rwanda's President Seek Third Term?

There is widespread speculation over whether President Paul Kagame will step down in 2017 or seek a constitutional amendment to give him a third term in office.

    MR KAGAME IS A SERIAL KILLER WHO IS AFRAID OF LIFE AFTER OFFICE. THIS MONSTER HAS NO WAY OF QUITTING. HE HAS KILLED MORE HUMAN BEINGS IN AFRICA THAN ANY OTHER LEADER BEFORE HIM.
