Rwanda Talks About Security Council

In an interview with AllAfrica, Rwanda's Foreign Minister, Louise Mushikiwabo, describes the significance her country ascribes to its UN Security Council membership, saying it "makes us understand how Rwanda was abandoned in 1994".
