S Africa Seeks Explanation for Zambian VP's Remarks

South Africa's government say they intend to summon the high commissioner of Zambia to demand an explanation behind the remarks made by that country's Vice President Guy Scott. Scott has lambasted on South Africans and called them backward as he shared his views on homesecuality and governance in his country.
