The government has assured former head of state Rupiah Banda that they won't hinder his movements. Banda is being investigated for abuse of power during his administration.

    Why does the international community only take things seriously when despotic regimes commit genocide? Zambia right now is in a serious situtaion and the wrold appears oblivious to to the unfolding tragedy?
