It is sad and shamefull that Africa can't feud their children, but question is why can't? And what can be done for change? It is simple, Africa to change need first readership in governance, transparency in family planning, proper country economy management, elimination of corruption and education. But above everythings is family planning and must be done as Chinese system one child per family. Why and how Africa readers and their government allow very poor family to have so many kids? This culture must be over, otherwise is shame for Africa readers and their government, because those rich in west who give aid to help for Africa kids, they have one or 2kids only, general speaking none who can feud himself and develop while his family is bigger than his work production, that's the many disease Africa need to find cure before anything else. Foreign aid to feud Africa kids who dead because of malnutrition is absolutely shame for Africa governments who allow those poor African baby maker to have them in first place, this should never be happen at all and that's why Africa loose respect in international community eyes due to simple mistakes.
