Hague May Seek UN Help Over Kenyan Cases

93 "victims" when it includes people who lost relatives would be 93 out of 1100 killed 300,000 displaced and possibly 100,000 who lost relatives. That is 0.025% of the total leaving 99.975% of the victims still feeling aggrieved. No wonder this isn't an earth-shattering development
